I can't decide which is funnier, the costume or the baby's expression.

In fact, how can we really tell anything is actually "real" or not?
We only have five senses, and senses easily manipulated in one way or another at that. Through our limited perception of reality, we may never really know what real is.
So, just enjoy it - it's not like the fact that it's photoshopped will affect anybody (not saying it is), except for whether or not you find it funny or decry it as fake (to no avail). I go with funny. Healthier.
